The session ID or document ID is printed on your notarized document, usually near the notary's seal or certificate.
What Document Verification Confirms
- The document was notarized through the Online Notary Center platform
- The notarization session occurred with a commissioned online notary
- The identity of the signer was verified at the time of the session
- The document has not been altered since the notarial seal was applied
- The notary's commission was valid at the time of the session
Where to Find the Document ID
The session or document ID is printed near the notary certificate or electronic seal on your completed notarized document. It typically appears in the format ONC-YYYYMMDD-XXXXXXXX.
