These Business Terms of Service ("Business Terms") apply to organizations that create a Business Account on the Online Notary Center platform. They supplement and, where in conflict, supersede our Consumer Terms of Service. By creating or using a Business Account, you represent that you have authority to bind your organization to these Business Terms.
1. Business Account

Business Standard accounts are billed per notarization at the standard rate. Business Premium plans are billed at $29.95/month (billed annually) plus $18.95 per notarized document. Enterprise accounts are invoiced under a custom agreement.

4. API Access and Webhooks
